Delivery formula
The products are shipped according to the formula chosen by the Customer when placing his order, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer and delivered to the Customer via the carrier selected by the company CHAMPAGNE ARISTON FILS SARL. If all or part of the addresses or information necessary for the delivery provided by the Customer prove to be incorrect or erroneous obliging the company CHAMPAGNE ARISTON FILS SARL to return the orders, it will be up to the Customer to bear the costs and consequences.
The Customer may at any time modify his delivery address by using the functionalities provided for this purpose on the Champagne Aspasie website. The modifications will be applied from the first shipment following the customer’s request, but can in no case be applied to a delivery in progress.
Delivery to your home
If you are absent at the time of delivery of your order, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You will thus be able to get back in touch with the carrier (whose contact details appear on the transit advice note) and go directly to the carrier to collect your parcels (within a maximum of 8 working days, after this period, the parcel will be returned to us ). Note that if the shipment was made by La Poste or Chronopost, you will collect your packages at your usual post office.
In the event of non-delivery of the champagne for a reason for which you are responsible, (impossibility of access because you have not communicated the digicode number or a telephone number to reach you, no response to the delivery notice which was given to you) and resulting in the return of the package(s) to our company, for re-sending, all transport costs (return costs and re-sending costs) will be your responsibility.
Delivery delay
The delivery times applicable in the context of wine orders (excluding subscriptions) through the Site are those indicated at the time of the order, before its validation, generally between 48 and 72 hours. These deadlines are likely to vary in particular depending on the place of delivery, the delivery method chosen, the quantity of products ordered and their availability. The delivery times announced when ordering are indicated in working days and subject to validation of the order.
