Tasting note

Luminous and fairly dense, light straw-yellow color with strong yellow highlights. Delicate and bright bubbles.

Airy and mineral nose, with iodine and limestone, with hints of red apple, quince paste and apricot.

The palate is fresh and net developing a fruity matter and a good length.

It is a champagne that reflects our terroir and our know-how, a balance serving your festive moments and your culinary inspiration.
It will accompany the aperitif, but also fish (like grilled lemon sole, with creamy polenta and braised endives) and meat (like Beef parmentier with sweet potato), as cheese (Ewe tomme cheese).
