Tasting notes
Bright and clear, pale gold color with lemon-yellow highlights. Fine, lively bubbles.
Floral nose with notes of hawthorn, acacia flowers and orange blossom.
Fresh, supple palate, set off by a sandy-chalky minerality that gives it a certain delicacy accompanied by salty, iodine notes.
Food pairing with champagne
This is a champagne offering a fabulous bouquet of white flowers – the perfect start to an aperitif, a meal or any other occasion where sharing pleasure is on the menu. It is the perfect accompaniment to fish dishes, roast suckling pig with seasonal vegetables, or a cheese such as Pélardon or shavings of 12–24 month aged Parmesan.
