Since 1794, Maison Aspasie has embodied the heritage and passion of Champagne viticulture. It perpetuates a rich family tradition spanning five generations. Today, the house combines ancestral know-how with environmentally friendly practices, reflecting a deep commitment to sustainable development.
Environmentally Friendly Wine-Growing Practices
The estate cultivates 12 hectares of vines, the majority of which are “Vieilles Vignes” (Old Vines) that are nearly 30 years old. True to its ampelographic diversity, it preserves four rare grape varieties: Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris, alongside Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. This diversity contributes to the richness and complexity of its champagnes.

HVE, VDC and Organic certifications
In 2019, Maison Aspasie began converting its vineyard to organic farming, achieving organic certification in 2022. At the same time, it has obtained the High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) certifications, attesting to its environmentally responsible practices. These certifications reflect a commitment to preserving the local ecosystem and reducing the carbon footprint, while maintaining exceptional quality.
